GTA 6 on Nintendo Switch 2 "doesn't make sense" says former Rockstar dev

GamesRadar quotes former Rockstar designer Jérémy Hartvick expressing skepticism about a GTA VI version for Nintendo Switch 2. He frames the question around potential audience demand and the effort needed to adapt a large game to different hardware. Those are his judgments as a former employee, not a current platform announcement from Rockstar or Nintendo.

The key buying distinction is straightforward: PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S are the announced launch platforms in Rockstar's public information. Speculation about Nintendo or PC support cannot be used to plan a confirmed launch-day purchase. Anyone considering a console specifically for GTA VI should follow current publisher-supported platform listings rather than inferred port timelines.
